Prepayment terms:

Prepayment is a guarantee that you will come to the session and the studio will not incur losses in case of your non—appearance. After making an advance payment, you always remember about your record. Guarantees — your check from an ATM with a money transfer or a signed contract in our studio. The amount you have deposited is included in the cost of the session (if you have several sessions, it is deducted from the last one) The prepayment is not refundable if:

1) the sketch you ordered was executed by the master, and you refused the session.

2) You have been notified of a no-show less than 1 day before the session date.

3) you did not show up for the session.

The cost of the session includes the development of one sketch based on your verbal wishes or using materials/elements provided by you in printed or electronic form. When approving the sketch, you can make adjustments to the sketch that was originally created. To create other sketches containing fundamentally different elements and shapes, an advance payment for the production of a new sketch is made repeatedly. Only one prepayment will be included in the cost of the session — for one of several sketches you have selected.
