If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the website and do not submit requests through the available forms.

7. Bookings, rescheduling and cancellations

Bookings are established individually, depending on the availability of the studio, the artist and the requested service.

The client is requested to arrive on time for the appointment. In case of delay, BlackList Studio may:

  • reduce the time allocated for the service;

  • reschedule the procedure;

  • cancel the booking if the delay affects the studio schedule;

  • apply internal rules regarding an advance payment or reservation fee, if these were communicated in advance.

If the client cannot attend the appointment, they must notify BlackList Studio as early as possible.

The conditions regarding advance payment, reservation fee, cancellation or rescheduling are communicated individually before confirming the booking, if applicable.

8. Prices and payments

The prices of services may vary depending on:

  • type of service;

  • complexity of the work;

  • tattoo size;

  • body area;

  • time required;

  • number of sessions;

  • materials used;

  • artist’s experience;

  • individual characteristics of the client;

  • selected course.

Prices communicated verbally, through messages or on the website, if available, may be indicative, unless expressly confirmed as final.

BlackList Studio reserves the right to modify prices, offers or commercial conditions. Such changes do not affect already confirmed bookings, unless the parties agree otherwise.

9. Tattoo services

Tattoo services are performed based on the client’s wishes, the consultation and the artist’s recommendations.

The client understands that a tattoo is a procedure with a long-term or permanent effect and that the final result may be influenced by:

  • skin type;

  • body area;

  • individual healing process;

  • compliance with aftercare recommendations;

  • sun exposure;

  • quality of aftercare;

  • individual reactions of the body;

  • natural changes of the skin over time.

Before the procedure, the client must communicate any relevant information that may influence the safety or result of the procedure.

BlackList Studio may refuse to perform a tattoo if the requested design is offensive, discriminatory, illegal, dangerous, technically impossible to execute at a quality standard or contrary to the professional standards of the studio.

10. Piercing services

Piercing services are performed in compliance with hygiene, safety and sterilization rules.

The client understands that piercing involves perforating the skin or tissue and may involve:

  • discomfort or pain;

  • temporary inflammation;

  • local sensitivity;

  • risk of infection if aftercare recommendations are not followed;

  • individual reactions to the jewelry or procedure;

  • different healing times depending on the selected area.

The client is obliged to follow the recommendations received after the procedure and to contact the studio or a medical specialist if unusual reactions or complications occur.

11. Laser tattoo removal

The laser tattoo removal service may require several sessions, depending on:

  • age of the tattoo;

  • depth of the pigment;

  • type and color of the pigment;

  • size of the tattoo;

  • body area;

  • individual skin reaction;

  • compliance with recommendations before and after the procedure.

BlackList Studio does not guarantee complete removal of the tattoo within a fixed number of sessions. Results may vary from person to person.

The client must inform the studio about any relevant contraindication, including but not limited to: pregnancy, breastfeeding, skin conditions, diabetes, epilepsy, blood clotting disorders, implants, pacemaker, recent treatments, allergies, recent tanning or other situations that may influence the safety of the procedure.

BlackList Studio may refuse to perform the procedure if there are risks for the client or if the information provided is insufficient.

12. Recommendations before and after procedures

The client agrees to follow all recommendations communicated by BlackList Studio before and after the procedure.

These recommendations may include, depending on the case:

  • avoiding alcohol or certain substances before the procedure;

  • proper skin preparation;

  • avoiding sun exposure;

  • avoiding pools, saunas or hot baths;

  • using recommended aftercare products;

  • keeping the treated area clean;

  • avoiding scratching, rubbing or injuring the area;

  • respecting the healing period.

Failure to follow the recommendations may affect the final result and increase the risk of complications. BlackList Studio is not responsible for problems that occur as a result of failure to follow aftercare instructions.

13. Contraindications and refusal of the procedure

The client is obliged to honestly communicate any information regarding health, skin condition, allergies, treatments or other circumstances that may influence the procedure.

BlackList Studio may refuse, postpone or stop a procedure in the following situations:

  • the client does not provide the necessary information;

  • there are suspicions of contraindications;

  • the client is under the influence of alcohol or other substances;

  • the selected area has inflammation, wounds, infections or irritation;

  • the requested procedure may create a risk for the client;

  • the client behaves aggressively, abusively or inappropriately;

  • the request violates the law, public morals or the professional standards of the studio.

Refusing a procedure in such situations is intended to protect health, safety and service quality.

14. Services for minors

Services for minors may be limited or refused depending on the type of procedure, the age of the person, applicable legislation and the internal policy of BlackList Studio.

If a procedure is permitted for a minor, BlackList Studio may request:

  • presence of the legal representative;

  • written consent of the legal representative;

  • identification documents;

  • additional confirmations regarding the understanding of the procedure and risks.

BlackList Studio reserves the right to refuse procedures for minors, even with the consent of the legal representative, if it considers that the procedure is not suitable or may involve risks.

15. Tattoo and piercing courses

BlackList Studio may offer tattoo and piercing courses for persons interested in learning the profession or developing their skills.

Courses may include, depending on the selected program:

  • theoretical part;

  • practice on artificial skin;

  • practice on models under supervision;

  • information about sterilization and safety;

  • use of equipment;

  • basic knowledge about skin, materials and tools;

  • aftercare rules;

  • recommendations regarding professional activity.

Registration for a course is made after direct communication with BlackList Studio and confirmation of the participation conditions.

BlackList Studio may establish rules regarding:

  • course duration;

  • lesson schedule;

  • included materials;

  • payment conditions;

  • cancellation or rescheduling conditions;

  • minimum attendance;

  • practice on models;

  • issuing of the certificate.

16. Certificates of participation

If the course program provides for the issuing of a certificate, it will be offered under the conditions communicated to the participant before or during the course.

The certificate may confirm participation or completion of the course, but it does not automatically guarantee employment, obtaining a professional authorization or a certain level of income.

The participant’s results depend on involvement, practice, individual skills and compliance with the recommendations provided during the course.

17. Models used during courses

If real model practice takes place during courses, it is carried out under the supervision of the responsible persons from BlackList Studio.

Models must be informed about the practical nature of the procedure and must express their consent before participation.

BlackList Studio may refuse the use of a model if there are risks, contraindications or if the necessary conditions for safely performing the procedure are not met.

18. Photos, portfolio and promotional materials

BlackList Studio may create photos or video materials of completed works, including tattoos, piercings, before/after laser removal results or activities carried out during courses.

These materials may be used for:

  • portfolio;

  • website;

  • Instagram;

  • other social networks;

  • promotional materials;

  • presentation of services and courses.

The publication of photos or video materials in which the client can be identified is made based on the client’s consent, where such consent is necessary.

The client may refuse the publication of photos. Refusal does not affect the provision of the service.

If a client requests the removal of a published photo, BlackList Studio will review the request and take reasonable measures to remove the material from the channels under its control.

19. Copyright and content

The texts, images, graphic elements, design, visual materials, portfolio and content published on the website belong to BlackList Studio or are used with the permission of the rights holders.

It is prohibited to copy, distribute, modify or use website content for commercial purposes without the prior consent of BlackList Studio.

Sketches, ideas, personalized designs and works created by artists may be protected by copyright or similar rights.

The client does not have the right to use sketches or designs created by BlackList Studio in order to have them executed in another studio without the author’s consent, unless the parties agree otherwise.

The user may send BlackList Studio reference images, ideas, sketches, examples or photos.

By submitting such materials, the user declares that:

  • they have the right to send them;

  • the materials do not violate the rights of other persons;

  • the information submitted is correct;

  • the materials may be used by BlackList Studio to analyze the request and prepare the consultation.

BlackList Studio is not responsible for materials submitted by the user that violate the rights of third parties.

21. Results and limitations

BlackList Studio makes efforts to provide services at a professional level, in compliance with safety, hygiene and quality requirements.

However, the client understands that results may vary depending on individual factors, including:

  • skin type;

  • body area;

  • body reaction;

  • healing process;

  • compliance with aftercare instructions;

  • age or quality of an existing tattoo;

  • color and depth of pigment;

  • anatomical particularities;

  • client behavior after the procedure.

BlackList Studio cannot guarantee results identical to reference images, portfolio photos or presented examples.

22. Limitation of liability

BlackList Studio is not responsible for:

  • incorrect information provided by the client;

  • failure to follow aftercare recommendations;

  • individual unpredictable reactions of the body;

  • complications caused by later interventions performed elsewhere;

  • deterioration of the result due to sun exposure, injuries, unsuitable products or improper care;

  • inability to contact the client due to incorrect data;

  • temporary technical errors of the website;

  • operation of external platforms such as Instagram, WhatsApp, Telegram, Viber or other third-party services.

No provision of these terms excludes liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

23. Links to external platforms

The website may contain links to external platforms, including Instagram, Telegram, WhatsApp, Viber or other services.
